- confidentiality, transparency and peace of mind

My name is Chris Spencer and I have worked in the recovery and addiction field for over 25 years, helping clients from right around the world. During that time, I have seen first-hand the misery and destruction that misuse of alcohol and drugs can cause; the untold damage it can do to people’s lives, relationships, health and financial well-being.

Sadly, it is a problem that continues to grow each year, with an ever-increasing number of people finding themselves victim to what can become a progressive and fatal disease. Nowhere is this more true than in Spain where, for example, alcohol consumption levels are amongst the highest in Europe.

Although there is often excellent residential care and support available for those with particularly severe problems, it can prove extremely expensive and entering rehabilitation for several weeks or even months is simply not an option for many people. Quite apart from the financial considerations, many people feel uncomfortable with the idea of admitting that they might have a problem with alcohol or drugs which, in turn, can prevent them from seeking help.

That is why we have developed Phoenix Programmes, a new kind of solution for anyone who is worried that they might have a problem with alcohol or drugs, or perhaps fear that they might be on their way to developing one. Our solution starts with a completely confidential face to face assessment, where we will work with you to explore whether or not you have a problem and, if so, to identify the most appropriate treatment solution for your particular needs. Following the assessment you will receive a detailed, confidential report which clearly outlines the problem and any recommended treatment.

What sets our service apart from any other is our openness and transparency. If, having conducted a thorough assessment we do not believe you need any further treatment then we will tell you so and there are no further costs to pay. If we believe that you would benefit from treatment then your report will explain the most suitable options to you, to allow you to make informed decisions.
